TumorLink supported AMCE in developing a clear, detailed operational and commissioning plan to launch advanced oncology services in Abuja. The work defined governance structures, staffing models, equipment needs, readiness checklists, and phased implementation steps to ensure safe, high-quality cancer care aligned with Nigerian regulations and international standards.

Goal: Deliver sustainable, world-class oncology care locally while strengthening Nigeria’s healthcare system and reducing medical tourism.
